The Miami Beach waterfront mansion the retired NBA star Chris Bosh sold earlier this year for $ 14.4 million is back on the market.

But the old house of Bosh is not just a flip. It’s now available for $ 42 million, nearly triple its January selling price.

A jump worthy of the NBA, of course. The old one miami heat champion had bought the home in 2010 for $ 12,333,000, according to Realtor.com®.

He lived there during his tenure with the team, which ended in 2016. The following year, the 11-time All-Star listed the luxury abode at $ 18 million.

Bosh lowered the price in 2018 to $ 15.95 million, and the Water Residence ultimately sold early this year for $ 14.43 million.

The new high price comes as demand for South Florida luxury homes has led to a wave of home reversals, with record prices, the Real Deal reports. However, the new price also comes with huge changes in ownership.

“The residence has undergone a complete luxury refurbishment, with the highest quality finishes and no detail has been overlooked,” said the co-listing agent, Albert Justo with the Waterfront team of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Justo represents the list with Mirce Curkoski, also from the Waterfront team.

Justo adds, “If you are looking to buy on North Bay Road, there is nothing quite like it on the market.

According to press information provided, the estate is “one of the only ready-to-move-in residences available” in the prestigious neighborhood.

There is reason to believe that wealthy buyers will come and call.

The celebrity-filled place is already home to Cindy crawford and Rande gerber, as good as Karlie kloss and Joshua Kushner.

Freshly upgraded, this mansion demands attention.

Developed by AquaBlue Group and designed by Touzet Studio, the house has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

You enter the property through a courtyard with a living green wall and water facilities.

Inside, the 11,709 square feet of interior space creates a “comfortable and modern” vibe, accented by wood and stone features.

The spectacular double-height large room’s glass walls overlook the bay and the garden. High-end details include custom joinery and marble slabs. Plus, the new chef’s kitchen offers a huge island, bar seating, and casual dining.

The dorms are equally impressive. A sumptuous master suite has large closets, an oversized bathroom with tub and double sinks and stunning views.

The home sits on half an acre with 100 feet of water frontage, and the outdoor space includes a mosaic-tiled infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, cabana, and separate guest quarters. You can just relax on the private dock or sail. Other details include smart home automation and an elevator.

If you like high end decor, you can have it. The selected and personalized Italian furniture is all delivered with the house.
